General Self Storage Tips

1. DO NOT store any flammable or hazardous materials in your storage unit.
2. Cover all goods with plastic or a sheet to protect them from dust. Moth balls are a good deterrent against many insects and mice.
3. Do not store or pack items in sealed plastic bags, as humidity can cause mildew.
4. Pallets are helpful in keeping boxes off the concrete flooring and are provided free of charge.
5. Box everything that you can to avoid your belongings getting dusty or dirty.
6. Stand sofas and mattresses on end when possible to save space and place on protective sheeting or pallets.
